These terms describe the website. They do not replace a tuition agreement or final payment, cancellation or refund terms. Documents presented during registration are currently marked as drafts.
1. Website purpose
The website of ТОО «Legacy Dance Consulting» introduces disciplines and teachers, provides schedules, accepts applications and supports the family account. Organisation and contact details appear below.
Details of a group, price and availability are confirmed before a service is arranged. Website materials and photographs do not guarantee results, admission, competition entry or prizes. Illustration sources are listed on the Photo credits page.
2. Accounts and children’s information
The family account holder must be 18 or older. Only a parent or legal guardian may add a child. Provide accurate information, use an email you can access and keep your password private. Create a separate profile for each dancer.
Do not use another person’s account, attempt to access other people’s data, bypass access controls or disrupt the website. Change your password and contact the school if you suspect unauthorised access. The privacy policy explains data rights and requests.
3. Applications, auditions and trial lessons
Registration does not submit an application automatically. After adding a dancer, choose a group and apply for a free audition. A teacher sets the time and place; confirm attendance or request another time in the account.
A trial lesson is a separate paid class after that dancer completes an audition and is approved for the relevant discipline. Approval for another child or discipline does not qualify. A trial lesson cannot be ordered while its price is unconfirmed.
4. Passes, tickets and payment
Regular tuition passes require the relevant admission. Open masterclasses and audience tickets do not require an audition unless the event terms expressly say otherwise.
Online card payments are not connected. Staff process requests and confirm them after payment at school. An event request does not hold a place before confirmation. The payment demonstration does not charge money or issue a valid pass or ticket.
Before payment, the school must confirm the price, included service, validity, activation, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms. Passes cannot be frozen. This does not override consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Schedules and website availability
Check your group schedule and account messages before attending. Contact the school about rescheduling, absence or cancellation; the agreed terms of the specific service apply.
Maintenance or errors may temporarily affect access. If an action does not finish or its result is unclear, check its status in the account and contact the school. Repeated clicks or the absence of a response do not confirm payment or a reservation.
6. Materials and external links
Website materials belong to the school or are used under their owners’ terms. Viewing or downloading a file does not automatically grant rights to commercial use. Stated licences and uses permitted by law still apply.
External links lead to independent services whose owners determine their availability and terms. Check the address and terms before submitting information on another website.
7. Contact and changes
For website and service enquiries, email ldc@pkf.kz or use the school’s contact channels. Describe the issue and how to reach you. Do not send a password or payment card details.
The school may update descriptions of features; the revision date appears above. A website update alone does not change agreed terms of an already paid service or replace separate consent where required. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
