Frequently asked questions

Joining a group, the difference between an audition and a trial lesson, and what happens after you apply.

How do we get started?

Create a family account, add a dancer profile and choose a group to apply for a free audition. A teacher will arrange the time and place. Creating an account alone does not submit an application or enrol a dancer.

Are an audition and a trial lesson the same?

No. An audition is a free assessment and consultation for admission to a regular group. A trial lesson is one separately paid class. It is available only after that dancer completes an audition and is approved for the relevant discipline.

Do we need experience, and how do we choose a group?

Check the ages and discipline descriptions in the catalogue. Ask the school if you are unsure about the level or group. A teacher will assess preparation at the audition; submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

How do I find out the audition time?

An invitation with the date, time, place and teacher’s message appears in the family account. Confirm attendance or request another time there. The decision and next steps will also appear in the account.

How do payments work?

Request a pass in your account. The Pay by card button opens Bank CenterCredit’s secure page. Your pass appears after the bank confirms payment. Staff confirm payments made at school and event tickets. Before paying, check the price, validity period, included services and cancellation terms.

How much is a trial lesson?

The current published plan shows the price. If it says “Price to be confirmed”, you cannot order the lesson yet; contact the school. That label does not mean the lesson is free.

Can I freeze a pass?

The public offer provides for one suspension of a pass for up to 14 calendar days upon a written request supported by a medical document, unless agreed terms or legislation provide otherwise. The pass is extended by the actual suspension period. Contact the school to arrange this; the account has no automatic freezing function.

How can I cancel tuition and request a refund?

Under the public offer, before classes begin the prepayment is returned less confirmed actual expenses that may lawfully be retained. After classes begin, delivered services and justified expenses are taken into account without deducting the same amount twice. Missing a class does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. Contact the school for a calculation and to agree refund details. Refunds follow the legally applicable period; where no special period applies, the school aims to complete them within 10 working days after receiving the required information. Section 8 contains the full terms, including cancellation attributable to the school.

Payment and refund terms
Does a masterclass require an audition?

Open masterclasses and audience tickets for performances do not require an audition. Any special requirements appear in the event terms. A request alone does not reserve a place: a staff member confirms participation after payment and an availability check.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. A family account can contain a separate profile for each child. Groups, audition decisions, passes and tickets belong to the individual dancer. Check which profile is selected before applying.

Is a child’s photo required?

No. The student card photo is optional; initials appear without it. The photo is used in the private account and for checks at school, rather than being published on the website. Uploading it does not authorise advertising use.

Where do I check rescheduling or correct my details?

Check your group schedule and account messages. For rescheduling, data corrections, account access or deletion requests, contact the school through its contact page or [email protected]. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details.
